DESCRIPTION

Phase - 1

Drive Thru Restaurant

A 3750 sq.ft drive-thru building for a restaurant. Expected to start construction Aug 1st, 2023, the project should complete and ready to occupy by Feb 2024. The space already has a tenant and signed leased.

Phase - 2

40 Studio Unit

The current building is 21k sq.ft which will be will be torn down and converted into 40 studio apartments with approx.. 450-480 sq.ft. Project timeline 14-18 monthsPotentially, these studios will have all bills paid as part of the lease.

Phase - 3

Duplex

On the very north of the parcel, we intend to build 8 duplexes. The project timeline is 14-18 months.
