The current building is 21k sq.ft which will be will be torn down and converted into 40 studio apartments with approx.. 450-480 sq.ft. Project timeline 14-18 monthsPotentially, these studios will have all bills paid as part of the lease.
On the very north of the parcel, we intend to build 8 duplexes. The project timeline is 14-18 months.
